I ordered a sample product for $3.95 and they sent me a package containing shampoo, conditioner, treatment that doesn't work and a bill for 159.90. I called immediately (Oct. 11) to have them cancel and the product and I was advised that it would be cancelled but I was charged for the product anyway. I want to return them the defective product and get my money back.
