Hongkong Electronic Development Co, who is a premium member of WorldofTrade.com.in their portal, it shows that they are selling electronic gadgets such as cellphones, laptops and computers. They gave me quotation of a very low price and they said that their products are 100% genuine.
I bought 3 pcs of ipad 2 and paid through bank wire under the name in the account of XUE QING YAN in china bank. After I paid $280 for 3 ipads, DAVE WANG, the contact person on the website, that I talked to did'nt contact me anymore and after few days as I keep on sending him/her email to follow up my products I received message telling me to pay ASAP another $150.00 because the Ipads was being held by shanghai custom center. So I told him it is not my problem anymore because he never mentioned that potential problem before, all he kept on saying is guaranteed to received the products after 4 days. I believe he/she want to get more money from me. He get back to me saying I don't care if the ipads will be destroyed by the custom and do whatever you can do to report. After that, no more messages from him and all contact out of reach.
Even bank wire is not safe, never pay in western union / money gram or bank ransfer, i would suggest pay the secure way, paypal...
Please be careful to deal with this company...
