I bought a phone and few thumb drives from Lincoln @ HongKong Aroa-shop Electronic Trade Co., Ltd. After a few negotiation I paid him USD318 using telegraphic transfer and later after 2 days he reply with DHL tracking number and said the tracking number will appear in the DHL system after 2 days.
The next day he email me saying that customs detain the goods and request 100% duty. After few emails and arguments, he said his company willing to pay part of the duty USD118 and ask me to pay for the rest. I wait until 2 days however the tracking number still invalid. I ask him the shipping slip or customs emails request for the duty but he remain silent and disappeared until now.
