Placed my order of boxed set law & order 1-20. Email on the 31st advising had been shipped. Contacted again on 26th september as i had not received my order. Reply was it would take 3-5weeks. Waited till 8/12. Contacted again. Reply was that it had been shipped surface instead of air and would take app. Another 4-6days to arrive. Decided to wait. No sign of it. Sent another email to cancel order and asked for refund on 9/1. This time no reply.
