Like many people I have seen on here I saw an offer for a watch for $9.99. I ordered a watch which was sent to me and my credit card was billed 9.99 at the beginning of December. I thought that was it. Come to find out now I was billed later in December for $98.00 more for the "price of the watch" then I was auto enrolled in a monthly watch program. Yesterday I received another watch in the mail and my credit card statement shows that I was billed another $49 for that watch. When I contact customer care they tell me they cancelled my membership but I must contact their billing department for returns and refunds. The billing department is not available by phone and so I emailed them and got back a canned response that basically says I am out of luck. They are scamming people then hiding behind email to avoid having to answer to people. This is wrong and has to be stopped!
