Unexplained $79.00 Charge With Conflicting Explanations

I am being charged $79.00 on my credit card for unknown reasons! Even the Amazon reps gave conflicting reasons: one said it was for express shipping; one said it was for an annual fee; and another said, well, not an annual fee, but a membership fee!
