Ordered complete set "Northern Exposure" DVD.
Got a notice on Dec. 23rd. Would take 1 to 3 weeks.in Jan, I sent an e-mail and got a quick response that the holiday delayed and would take 2-4 weeks. Now I send another e-mail and another quick response that it will be here in 3-5 days, that they had to pay $18.00 for duties and customs to inspect the package. For some strange reason, the name on the credit card charge is not DVDGator. I'm pretty sure those DVD's are not coming and I'm out $79.00! BEWARE of this company, I do not think its legit. Does anyone know what to do, Postal Fraud, Credit Card Fraud?
Has anyone gotten their DVD's?
