I've had the same problem as everyone else. Was charged $39.95 for shoes that I never ordered. When I tried calling them, I was on hold for well over one hour. Then, the live customer service rep I spoke with said I couldn't cancel my membership. So now I have to remember to call or email them by the 4th day of EVERY MONTH in order to avoid my credit card being charged $39.95. They will not respond to my numerous emails to cancel. I am a Legal Assistant and have threatened a law suit and they still won't respond to me. Also, when you call them, you are asked to enter your phone number and I believe that once they know you are an unhappy customer, your phone number is associated with your "dissatisfaction", and this is another reason that they keep you on hold for so long. 9 of out 10 times I have hung up before speaking with a rep because I was on hold for well over one hour. They need to be sued and shut down permanently. I can't believe they can do this to people.
