I never signed any agreement or paperwork for this loan. How did this happen? I was referred to the Hydra Fund III website by another lender after all my information was transferred over, however, after reading the fine print and the agreement, I did not want to take the loan out and decided not to sign the paper work, but the money was still deposited into my account.
