I applied to several online loan companies just to see if I could get a loan that was enough to get me by. Well I noticed a deposit on 7/22 of $300. So I checked my email, knowing I never signed anything, there were several emails from companies that said to click on them to review my Hydra loan documents. The emails also said someone would call to verify my signature. I downloaded the documents and was astounded to see that they had my name and social in the e-signature spot! So I tried contacting the company to no avail.
I checked my voicemail and there was one call from Hydra, but it doesn't say anything about the funds being deposited. Sad thing is, I had a fast loan on my account, which was paid once the deposit came through and I have no way of getting the finance charge back for it, so no way of telling Hydra to take all of their money back.
What do I do? How can this be legal?
