Juan Mandonado and his company MJF CONSTRUCTION & SUPPLIES has failed to comply with his agreement under the contract that we both signed saying that I had to paid him half of the money for roofing materials which I did, I gave him $2800 for supplies but until now he hasen't showed up with any materias or my money.
