Chrome USA Took my car parts and money and will not return calls or parts. Lies and makes excuses

Took my 66 Charger parts and $2900.00 sent some of the parts back POOR QUALITY workmanship and big value parts not returned. Juan is charming and persuasive. However little he says actually happens. I gave him my parts and money October 28.2011 with a promise that all work would be finished in six weeks, it is now February 16 and Juan will not return my calls parts or money.
Juan frequents car shows and vendor events. It has become evident he does not have his own shop but brokers to whoever will do his work at the time.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JUAN!
