I thought I was calling into apple and they led me to believe that I was. They told me that my iPad had a virus and for $200 for a year service they could fix it. Thinking I was talking to apple, I said that I was very unhappy with this, that I haven't even had this for a month. They said that they would fix it for $80 for three month service. Then throughout the 4 hour call the tech said that I needed antivirus software that would protect the iPad and that this wouldn't have happened if I had it. So for another $99 I agreed to it. I tried asking questions but the answers were vague and nearly every question was diverted to the tech changing the subject and showing me things about how my computer worked.

Today I actually did talk to apple and with five minutes they said that there Is a problem with the iPad hardware and they replaced it. They also said that I didn't need any antivirus software that the iPads don't get any viruses and I was misinformed.

I called them back to try to get my money back and they did reverse all but $50 but I want it all back. If I had actually been talking to apple it would have been fixed for free. They are scamming people everyday. I was suppose to call they tech back today to continue working on my problem since he could fix it last night, and was on hold for 20 min each time then hung up on. I've tried emailing them and the email comes back to me.

Stay away from them is my advice.
