I have been a customer with Mobilicity for over 19 months.in the beginning everything was going just as explained and I was very happy with my decision to buy unlimited service from Mobilicity including a $700.00 phone which I paid cash to purchase. After 14 to 16 months of using unlimited internet service with no complaints, I noticed I could not get online, and when I called Mobilicity they said after 4 to 6 gigs of use they now take the liberties of turning down the signal strength, to be fair to the other customers. Or my other option would be to pay an extra $20.00 for 20 more gigs of service. I asked why I had to pay more money for service on my unlimited package in order to continue to have internet service that works. They told me that my service is unlimited but they take the liberties of turning down the signal strengths. I explained when they turn down my signal I do not get service at all. Since then they have reprimanded me by taking away all promotions offered and excepted by myself, and now end up paying $10.00 more a month than the original monthly cost. I also want to mention that I asked extensive questions before purchasing the phone or service. They made these new rules at least 14 months after I first purchased their service or products.
