I purchase a 2009 Cadillac from Bay Bridge Auto center in Oakland California alone with an extra warranty. My car was finance through GMAC Later GMAC was taken over by Ally Bank who had taken over the contract on my car.in August I order 2013 XTS Cadillac Through Mataga Cadillac. The Cancel of Warranty on the 2009 was to go infect in September. Was told that I had to take it back to bay city Chevrolet to get a check for my refund, that didn't happen "I was told that the Money will go to my bay on my car payment. The refund that i am suppose to get he want to send it to Safe credit union located in north highland, in California 95660 Safe has noting to do with my refund from my 2009 CTS Cadillac. He pull out one sheet of paper from the copy machine had me to sign cancel date which was 1/18, and sign it. I asked him if he needed more documents he told me no, so in the transaction he only taken two pieces of papers. That's when he stated that he would apply $1500.00 that to my loan on my new 2013 Cadillac. Again Safe has noting to do with my refund, they noting to do with the finance of my 2009 Cadillac, so how is he going to take my money from warranty refund which is about $ 1500.00 which i paid for and put it on my new loan.
