I sent for a FREE SAMPLE of their Sylk product the product was sent on the 15th October, it was not of good quality and I did not use it after two or three days. I was horrified to find a charge of $82.05 on my credit card of 30th October. Nowhere was their an indication (except as told me today by their customer Rep) that if I did not return the product within a fifteen day period they would start delivering and charging 82.05 to my credit card. This is a real scam, and has to be stopped, this company needs to return the money it has fraudently taken from me, and has to cease and desist charging my credit card or even trying to send me further product. I have reported this to my bank but I need to get this company to stop sending product (actually I have not received any but have been charged) or charging my credit card. I am not sure to whom I am sending this complaint but hope it is a genuine organization.
