We received the keyboard and it was fine, however we also received a monthly service fee not mentioned in their TV Ad and not mentioned on their Website. When I called to get the fee stopped EZ Eyes said they were not affiliated with the company billing us for using their keyboard. I asked to speak to someone in their billing department and was told there was no one available to speak to. They said to call back. Also they said I should fax my bank statement to them and they would look into it. I asked to whose attention and she said to no one just to fax it. I called back and got the same stonewall. They claim they are not charging the monthly fee, however SOMEONE is, SOMEONE gave out our credit card number and the fact that we bought the keyboard from them. We already pay our internet provider so we are being billed twice. I kept calling back but never spoke to anyone who could help me.
