After purchasing the ez eyes keyboard from my local Family Dollar on 10-23-12, about 6 weeks later my letters started coming off. I tried to return it to the store but they said it was past 30 days. So I called EZ Eyes company and they only wanted to send me another one, with me giving my billing info (debit card), but saying it wouldn't be charged. I said no, because I don't have a guarantee that my card won't be billed. The customer service rep said then for me to mail in the receipt and when they get it, they will mail me another keyboard. Don't know what to do.
