I bought a temporary debit card for $45 and a activation fee of $5, total $50 on Nov 3. They said I said I would receive my regular card within 3 weeks. I have called several times to report to them that I did not receive the card. One time they said it was stolen. The next time they said it wasnt and they made a mistake and they would send me a new one. Finally on Jan 19 I received the card with a negative $16. Balance. I called and they said that I have charge a monthly fee for the card that they didn't send me and that can't do any thing about it.
