I was filling out information to purchase tickets for a concert. I had completed all the credit card info, etc. But had not hit the final "confirm information and complete purchase" as i was unsure if I wanted to go ahead. The session timed out and I decided I did not want to purchase the tickets at this time so I left the website. I then recieved confirmation of my purchase and when i contacted customer service about getting this reversed they very rudely told me there was no refunds period, not their problem. End of story. I now have 4 very over-priced tickets that i do not want nor did i actually purchase.
