I was promised a $400 gift card for signing up with cox and verizon. I signed up with cox and verizon (through cox) was told my card would be sent after 45 days of activation. Waited the 45 days and was told they had to request account info from both companies on 1/14 i was told the information had been collected and the card would be sent. On 1/18 i called to check the status again and was told that I didnt qualify and that I would be getting the card as previously promised
