My parents live in their motorhome in Bonanza, Oregon. My father ordered a refriferator part on 12-10-12; they charged his credit card on 12-12-12. After about 10 days he recalled the company and was advised that the part was sent. He passed away on 12-26-12. I am his daughter. I made phone calls from 12-27-12 up until I left on January 3. After numerous phone calls and promising it had been sent we still have no part for my moms motorhome. She is 82 years old. On 1-16,13 owner of the company gave another sob story and we were advised that it had not been shipped. What do we do to get our money back?
