In October the control panel of my Jenn-Air oven failed. Repair service advised me that no replacement part would be available until November 30.
On November 30 I was advised no part would be available until December 30.
On December 30 I was advised no part would be available until January 23.
On January 23 I was advised NOTHING. To have an answer from Jenn-Air Technical support about when I might expect service I would be charged $34. Meanwhile, the Jenn-Air 800 number does not return calls.
The only solutions now offered are to wait indefinitely for the panel or buy another Jenn-Air with a 15% discount!
