"Loan Payment Administration" in Xenia OH sent me an attempt at a very official looking letter telling me to contact them to could reduce my mortgage. Shortly after I refinanced my house, I received a letter from a company called "Loan Payment Administration" in Xenia OH. The letter tried to be very official, telling me that my lender, "... May not have made you aware of the option to setup a smaller byweekly program payment option for your mortgage loan." It goes on to tell me how much I could be saving. It continues by asking me to, "... Contact (them) by February 21 to inform us if you want to change to the biweekly option...".
This company is clearly trying to fool people into signing up with their service.By labeling their envelope in red letters, "Payment Information Enclosed". It's not until the last line of the letter, under the signature, address, licensing and bonding information could one read the line, that the company is not associated with the lender listed above.
I would like "Loan Payment Administration" of 855 Lower Bellbrook Rd, Xenia, OH 45385 to cease and desist their deceptive practices of trying to make people believe they are the servicing agent of a loan made by the consumer.
