My husband and I signed up with Nationwide Bi-Weekly after speaking with a representative Wray who sold us on the idea that our house payment would be paid bi-weekly to save us interest.
A Interest Minimizer Loan Analysis was sent to us explaining if we paid our mortgage payment bi-weekly we could pay off our loan 6 yrs earlier saving us $63,000.
Now two months have gone by and we find out that they are in fact paying the payment monthly. Then they will take an extra payment out of our account at the end of year which is sent to help make up for the interest they told us we would save. This we can do ourselves.
For this service we had to pay a fee of $250 up front for paperwork to be processed and then another $13 per month for this service.
My husband and I spoke to them and they refused to reimburse our money, so my husband first said keep till the end of the year then we will cance. He explained we were very unhappy and asked this conversation be recorded by the company.
After further conversation between us and seeing these complaints we are trying to reach the company to cancel.
