Nationwide biweekly administration inc
They did not acomplish what they say they going to do, they keep my money and dont pay my mortgage

This company talk to me by phone saying they will administer my loan payments by paying biweekly instead of one time every month, so they collect the funds but never pay the loan since i sign the contract. How i know this by looking at my bank statement i did not find the billing to pay my loan, but they collect the money already every two weeks, their service is to collect the money and administered for me, meaning they will collect and pay when due.
