I placed an order Dec 18 which consisted of 5 items. All items were shipped separate however the shipper said the 1 missing item was included with one of my 4 packages. Reading the detailed info on shipping confirmation document clearly states only 1 item was shipped with that package. I have 28 emails and have been shuffled to 5 different personnel all to no avail. I just want my $29.00 back!
