My friend and I both ordered a pair of UGG boots on Friday 11/23 and STILL HAVENT received our item. The emails that were sent to us said that the boots were shipped and sent us both a tracking number WITH BROKEN LINKS! There was a promise that we would receive our item by December 21st, and still got nothing! I am very angry and frustrated as I have sent numerous emails to the company and they say the same thing that "the shipping process takes 3-4 weeks because of the holiday and i should have my order soon." They then sent new emails saying the items were shipped AGAIN and yet again there are more broken links. We thought that it was a black Friday/cyber Monday deal. All we want is our item. We are VERY ANGRY with this company and the run around that we are getting from them, will NEVER purchase from the company again!
