I made an order from 6 items for my wife birthday gift and i should recieve all the items by 2-3 weeks, which means one week ago. I did recieved 4 items one of them not the same colour i ordered but that is ok, on august 28 i recived an e mail about last 2 items shipping and they sent the tracking number since then i been trying to track my shippment but always the ups website telling my wrong tracking number. I contact the customer service by e mail. And over the phone over 20 times but they are careless people they do not care they care only to show they can steel your money, then they send me another tracking number through usps and usps telling me that they are only received an electric shipment notification on sep 9, but they did not receive the package yet. And i can not get my money back, and at the same time i trying to find another gift for my wife. It is the worest exp i had ever been in
