I ordered some clothes. The merchandise never came but my credit card was charged. I kept asking for a tracking number as part of the order eventually arrived. I was told to be patient. Finally, after several requests for a FedEx tracking number, I was told I would receive a refund. When the refund did not arrive within 10 business days, I contacted NoMoreRack again. I was told to send a copy of my statement showing the money had not been refunded, which I did. I was then told too bad as PayPal showed the money refunded. I explained I do not have a PayPal account and it should've gone back on my VISA at which time I was told to contact my Financial Institution. I did they could not help as they never received anything from PayPal. Again, I contacted NoMoreRack, who told me I must contact PayPal. I contacted PayPal who told me they cannot help me as I do not have an account, but that I had to contact NoMoreRack. NoMoreRack again told me too bad, contact PayPal or my financial institution. Thirty eight days later and I still have no merchandise or a refund, what I do have is a sent box full of emails and a desire to make sure no one ever shops at NoMoreRack again.
