On February 22, I signed an agreement to partner with 4th Street Media on "Love in 60" as I thought this would be a lucrative business investment. Unfortunately, after further consideration, I decided to opt out of my agreement as I was within my 45 day trial period, where I was guaranteed to get my money back. On March 25th, I sent a letter to Brian (4th Street Media) declining my option to go forward with the agreement. According to the contract, my investment of $12,500, which was charged to my American Express card, was to be credited within 15 days of receiving my opt-out letter. On March 26th, I received an e-mail from Brian acknowledging the cancellation. On May 1, I sent an e-mail to Brian inquiring about my credit that was never issued to my American Express card. This was now 25 business days and the agreement stated 15 days for reimbursement. Unfortunately, this is when most of the trouble started, not only was I NOT reimbursed for the $12,500 but my credit card was charged up to $50,000, all by vendors affiliated with the Naples project, titled "Senior Prom" (or a similar project name). I received numerous calls from The Naples News because somehow they found out that there were false charges on my account initiated by Brian. They said that there were many other people that have experienced the same problem and they wanted this known to the people of Naples. Brian and 4th Street Media did not post the credits that I was due, and I was forced to dispute each charge individually. The total process took 6 month to finalize. Every single charge had to be charged back to the vendors all initiated by 4th Street Media. The fraud department at Bank of America (my credit card company) were informed and he is being investigated. Brian has a history of distributing bad checks and credit card fraud.
