Brian S. (Customer Support Supervisor) Attempts to charge 125 dollars to credit card Internet

This complaint is actually a long part of an entire ordeal. I bought a video game called Rock Band for the PS3 on the day it came out, I believe Nov 20th. The guitar was defective within hours and after a number of days I find that you can have them send you one if they hold 125 dollars on your card, which is excessive. So I ask them to send me a replacement guitar with this option and that alone was a few leaps and hurdles. They send me scratched up, chipped, defective model which was worse off than the first one within the second song of the game. I then go through the online support to voice my complaint. Brian S, a supervisor, keeps on pressing me for my credit card information for a second express.

With the express option they will charge you 125 dollars against your account if you don't send them the defective guitar back. I told Brian that if it could not be shipped out by Thursday night, I did not want the express option because I will be on extended leave and by the time I get back I would most likely be charged 125 dollars. He calls me, presses me to give him my credit card information saying it would be shipped out. It didn't ship out until Sunday. I won't be back in time, and his unwillingness to take off the charge I will be charged 125 dollars.
