I received a warrantie repair coverage for my 2012 honda crv a day after i was look over my papers that i got when i purches the vehicle whit a friend when she point out that i don't need it because i already have that coverage i call the day spoke to two drifrent person several times and keep puting my call to customer service for over seventeen minutes no one comes to the phone i hang up and call again i told the gentle-man i would like a refund he keep askyig why irepeat he ask why again and up
