We have documentation of having paid our COBRA coverage for multiple months through Benefit Solutions. Despite Benefit Solutions having confirmed this with Regence multiple times, provided us with a letter of confirmation, and the associated dental coverage being in full service, Regence continues to fail to confirm the information they have received and continues to deny coverage. We have even facilitated a conference call between Regence and Benefit Solutions which Regence has documented in their records, but they still can't manage to reinstate our coverage. This is a nightmare, time consuming, and impacts providers as well as us. Regence is providing no assistance in resolving this and has had deplorable customer service.
