4 Nights hotel in Daytona Beach, Florida
Bonus... Roundtrip Cruise aboard Bahama's Celebration & Stay for 2 Night hotel stay in Freeport Grand Bahamas!

At first they said its refundable but once they took my CC number, at the end they said it is not refundable. I received an email confirmation and calls of some travel agency called Noelle. This happened on September and now we are January. Is it possible to make a dispute with my CC company to refund my money even thought 5months has passed? Also, is there a way to report this company as a scam with Police??
