Ordered a replacement head/brush assembly for my Dyson DC25. Company stated 7 days to ship but it took mine 2 weeks. When it finally showed up, I installed it on my Dyson DC25 and we started using it. Well the cheap part lasted 2 weeks exhibiting the same behavior as the old one.
