I received an ea gift card christmas day from my daughter - n-law. It was bought from Game Stop in the Jackson Michigan Mall on 11/21 and given to me the day of Christmas. When I try to load it it says it is invalid, I have tried several times. I have checked my order history and I did not cash the card in. No one gets back to me and I am concerned. Thinking of stopping my subscription, have been with them for many years and I do like to play there games but when I can't get hold of anyone to help me with this problem I get very upset
