My blackberry playbook has been sitting on my shelf due to bad charging port i feel its defective i got it inju by october it stopped chargood use out of this deviceing, i brought it in to where it was bought they say i was out of luck and that there were quite a few complaints about this same issue, i feel just because i didnt buy the extended warrenty i did not get good use out of this device, i really feel taken i only got three months out of this the store i baught it from encouraged me to contact you any way, even if time lapsed i used it from the beginning of june to mid october and then the port broke for no reason i had great pics on this and alot of info, i am so disappointed i did call the company right away and they told me i was out of luck i feel i should receive a replacement thats all i want for an electronic device not working past 3.5 months is rediculous and for the company to say oh well you didnt purchase warrenty is rediculous, have it in your heart to send me a replacement or money back i paid a little over 100.00 for this ive had cheaper phones lastt wo years or more with no problems, can you remedy this please i just cant drop this the more i look at it the more (Inappropriate Content Removed) off i get, thankyou for your attention Diane Azhdari, (Personal Information Removed)
