Unable to log-in to computer. McAfee security on computer indicated a security problem. On-line with McAfee, they transfered me to someone who could fix the problem. And they did using TeamViewer. The computer functioned normally until late December when I was locked out of my main email account. Calls to VPCSupport were answered but the promised return calls never came. On 1/11 repeated calls to VPCSupport were not returned so I contacted McAfee for help contacting VPCSupport. After much "debate" they say they do not use VPCSupport for technical problems. Needless to say, it appears someone at MCAfee lead us into a clever scam. Later read the report of FTC action of this or similar scams. VPCSupport still answers calls to the 800 line but does not return calls. What should we do now?
