they are scammers and cheat customers by telling them that they are from dell
virtualpcsupport (www.vpcsupport.com) is the same fraudulent company they have changed their toll free number and business name... Their new toll free number is 1-800-303-8110
i tried calling them but they acted as they don't know me. I'm planning to report it to better business bureau
