Don't be fooled. I ordered the "free trial" with the "promise" of a full refund if I returned the unused portion. I returned exactly as instructed yet was told "we never received it." So, they kept my $90.00 In my many years of returning items, I have NEVER been told that before. Unfortunately I didn't pay extra for the signature confirmation. But I hand delivered the pkg to the post office. Basically, they lied. This is a scam. The phone person was rude and made no attempt to reconcile the problem. Don't waste your time or money and if you feel compelled to try it be SURE to pay the extra for signature confirmation and follow up w / in DAYS after you return it. She used the excuse about something relating to too much time lapsing when in fact, I waited the usual and customary time frame of any legitimate business for processing returns/refunds.
Why filing this complaint now? I'm disgusted by the flood of Sensa commercials and reminded of the horrible experience I had. I work hard for my money as a single mom. $90 to me is a large amount. I can only imagine the mass of others out there who have had similar experiences, but like me, didn't have time to file a formal complaint, or didn't know it was an option. If this saves one person from losing their hard earned money, it is well worth it. Sensa needs to be held accountable for their fraud. I am approximating the date.
