They come up on line as Apple Customer service and on the phone the message is that they are Apple customer service. The agent that I spoke with Jennifer responded to my inquiry that my IPad had a virus and she would refer me to a technician for a one time charge of 99$ for a whole yr. Of service, I have the # and ID of that tech, however he had no record that I was requesting service and asked to have credit card # again, thenreferrd me back to billing.
When I asked to cancel the transaction they refused, and stated they had recorded conversation to prove the purchase which is none refundable. I wish they still have that record for when I take them to court
