The company offers a free trial, but when I called to cancel and return, they told me I could not return it because it was opened. When I argued, they said it was past my 14 day trial period. I argued that I only received the product the day before at 5 pm and I was placing the phone call at 8:30 am the following day, that was clearly not 14 days. The trial begins when the order is placed, Dec 27 11:30 pm. That means my 14 day trial shouldn't expire until 1/11 at 11:30 pm, but they said that it was already expired and there was nothing they could do. A supervisor was too busy to speak with me.
