After making a billmatrix payment with my electric company at about 5:45 am it would not process my payment. I checked my online checking information to see my balance then I find a pending transaction from autostockstore.com miramar for 9.95 which was initiated within minutes of my attempt to pay my electric bill using billmatrix's mobile website. Not sure if billmatrix's mobile site was hacked or it is just a coincidence. I called my bank and they canceled my card and will issue me a new one. If the payment posts I will file a fraud complaint for a refund.
