I was reviewing my transaction history and saw this malarky. It strikes me as odd because my parents just had this happen to them with a different fake website charge and we both happen to pay our electric bills online through BillMatrix. I had to have my card cancelled and will have no access to my money for 7-10 business days and they had to close their checking account and get a new one. This is ridiculous.
