This is the second day this week that that tisw same employee has harassed me for sitting down turning on my computer and not purchasing a beverage fast enough. I explained to her that there was a reason why i had to wait a moment before purchaig anything. She began to tell me that she has a customer come in daily and tip her $2 for that same seat to sit there so business is such. I dont believe this is a corporate policy on how to treat customers and I dont believe that the way I'm being harassed by this one employee daily is making your brandname grow within the community. I have been a customer coming here for years, completed undergrad school in this very same coffee shop during all shifts of prsonell. Neve have I been so handled with such a affensive dispoition. Today is january 9th. The evnt occured at approximately 3:30 and I the challenged the confrontation with female the employee at approximatelty 4pm. After my purchase is hear her talking rudely about the event to another employee. She also mentioned that thre has been a problem with people sittindown in the coffee shop andothering/robbig other customers. I dont want o feel harassed or profiled as a paying customer. The visitation quality for myself has now gone down hill and my grad school concentration for the day is now out the door. How wood you feel? Call me
