I responded to an ad for a "starter pack" of e-digs for $4.95, which was charged to my card on 12-26-12. On 1-5-13 the same company hit my card for $119.95. I called them and was told by "Danny" (female) that I'd waited longer than their allowed 14-day trial period and was thus billed the "full amount."
Informed that I have not received any product from them, I was furnished with a alleged tracking number that was "either USPS or FedEx." I tried both systems... The tracking number is non-existent in either. I was told that I could not receive a refund until they received their product back, something a bit difficult since I never received it.
