The company auto-enrolled us after one use.in November, my husband asked a question, and replied that the answer they provided helped him, (later discovering it did not. On the basis of that, they started billing us every month. He paid the $48 charge in November. Then in December and January he was billed $48 each month, without using their services. They are very sneaky. I have searched other sites for answers periodically, and been re-routed to JustAnswer, never suspecting a permanent membership.
