I had a simple question about how to use my new Kindle. JustAnswer.com wants to charge me $30.00 for supplying an 800 number that amazon.com should make publicly available. I won't pay the credit card charge if it comes through. They said I have a choice as to what or whether to pay, but provided no way to do so. Their "contact us" on the various e-mails doesn't respond.
