I purchased a pair of boots from justfab.com. I ordered them a half size bigger than normal, just to be safe, and they were still too small. They informed me that they could not refund all of my money as they had to keep some of it for a restocking fee.in order to purchase these boots I had to get a member account and was not aware whatsoever of a monthly membership fee. They withdrew $39.95 out of my checking account for the membership fee. This is a monthly fee which they automatically withdraw every month. I informed them that I did not like their product whatsoever and why was I paying a monthly membership fee to some company that I wasn't even using. Where was this money going? They told me that a portion of it went towards credit on their site. I am livid about this whole thing I called them and canceled the "membership". We will see if they withdraw any more money. This company is a total scam and something should be done about this. Very deceitful.
